You may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of your purchase for a refund with ANY REASONS. Whether the product is defective, seems defective, you changed your mind or simply do not like it, you are welcome to send it back to us for an exchange OR a FULL REFUND. Please note the original and return shipping and handling charge will NOT be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances.

Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. If you have purchased the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) item with the retail packaging, please refer to the Manufacturer's Warranties Policy below.

DDRNation in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.
