TOTAL DELIVERY TIME includes the following:

2. we receive and process your order
3. we ship out your order
4. the delivery time of the carrier
5. and finally when your item is received

Receiving and processing time starts after you submit your order to us. Your order will then get tracking information which can be tracked online.

Delivery Time is the time the ordered item leaves our warehouse and begins its shipment to your door.

Tracking your order is fast, easy and can be done online. Just login to your account and if your order has been shipped, tracking information will be available.

Arrival Date depends on the carrier you choose at the time of your order.

Shipping Cost are Determined by the item’s weight, size, shipping method and delivery address. You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout.

Shipping to an address different then your billing If you choose to ship to an address different then your credit card billing address, we may contact you to confirm the address to prevent possible fraudulent use of your credit card.
